Celebrate the season and explore Grand Bend, amongst hundreds of fellow SANTAS!

Step 1 - Gather your Santas! Singles, couples, groups, staff parties & clubs!

Step 2 - Book your accommodations by using promo code SANTA at participating hotels, motels and certified apartments.

Step 3 - Your Santa Kit will arrive by mail (or at hotel) and will include: event/shuttle map, prize ballots and event wristband.

Dec 14th 2024 - The Event

Get your Santa Suit on.

No grinches, elves, mrs. santas or reindeers!

Choose a great place to start your evening with food specials exclusive to Santas (wristband required).

Plan your route by reviewing the map and each SANTA STATION's specials and door prizes.

Choose three (3) stations and plan to arrive at each station on the hour 7pm, 8pm and 9pm.

Deposit a prize ballot at each Station. Use the shuttle bus to get you where you need to go.

Shuttle runs from 6pm-2am on a continuous loop (approx 12-15 min to complete the full loop).

Venues are subject to capacity limits, so be prepared to change your route if needed. There is room for all registered Santas.

Be sure your prize ballots are cast before 11pm.

How long has the Santa Party been happening?

2024 is the 16th annual.

Is this a 19+ Event?

Yes. Identification required.

How much does it cost to participate?

Adult Pass is $10 pre-sale. $15 regular.

What is included in the pass?

Food & Beverage discounts and offers, unlimited shuttle bus use, 3 prize ballots, admittance to Post Party.

I ordered a Santa Suit through Grand Bend Locals, how do I get it?

Pre-ordered Santa Suits can be picked up Dec 14th at the Grand Bend Legion between 3-5pm

Where do I get a Santa Suit?

Online, party/costume stores, thrift stores.

Do I have to wear a Santa Suit?

All participants are encouraged to wear a traditional red/white santa suit.

What if I don't order passes in time?

Traditionally the event sells out prior. Last minute passes may become available. Contact organizer.

Where do the proceeds go?

Community Volunteer groups & initiatives.

How much walking is involved?

All participating hotels, accommodations, restaurants and bars are on; or within a short walk, of the shuttle stops. See map.

Is this a rain, snow or shine event?

Yes. Please use caution during inclement weather conditions.

How are the door prizes awarded?

All entries are collected by event organizers (11pm) and are drawn at random in public. Winners will be contacted directly with pick up instructions.
